- 65% Chardonnay · 35% Pinot Noir
Noble Cuvée is Lanson's prestige tier, drawing on the maison's own signature: malolactic fermentation is suppressed, which keeps the natural acidity sharp and the ageing window long. The cuvée is mainly Chardonnay-led with a Pinot Noir backbone, sourced from grand and premier cru villages.
Lanson, founded in 1760 in Reims, is one of the oldest still-operating houses in Champagne. The Noble Cuvée range historically included a Blanc de Blancs version sold under the same family.
