Pommery Cuvée Louise Rosée Prestige

Cuvée Louise Rosée is the rosé companion to Pommery's vintage prestige Cuvée Louise. It draws on the same three grand cru parcels — Chardonnay from Avize and Cramant, Pinot Noir from Aÿ — with the rosé colour and flesh provided by a small share of red wine from Aÿ.

Like its white sibling, the cuvée rests around a decade on lees in the maison's extensive crayères beneath Reims before disgorgement.
