The Blanc de Blancs in Laurent-Perrier's current line is the Brut Nature expression: an entirely Chardonnay assemblage from a tight selection of premier and grand cru villages on the Côte des Blancs — Avize, Cramant, Chouilly and others.

Steel vinification, partial malolactic and four years on lees match the rest of the range; the distinguishing choice is a zero dosage at disgorgement, leaving the chalk and citrus character of Côte des Blancs Chardonnay unmediated. It sits alongside the Cuvée Rosé and below the Grand Siècle and millésimés in the maison line-up.
