The Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the most identifiable wine in the maison's range and Ruinart's commercial anchor since the late twentieth century. Built entirely from Chardonnay, it is sourced across some twenty villages — premier and grand cru sites on the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger) for the spine, and the Montagne de Reims (notably Villers-Marmery, where Chardonnay grows on a Pinot-dominated slope) for added breadth.

It is a multi-vintage assemblage with a substantial reserve component, aged on lees for around three years and dosed in the brut range. The style emphasises floral lift and a chalky, citrus-edged precision rather than weight — the contemporary identity of the world's oldest Champagne house, founded in 1729.
