60% Chardonnay · 40% Pinot Noir

The Brut Vintage is bottled only in years the maison judges worthy of millésime. The blend is roughly 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, sourced across the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, with no Meunier.

The wine is aged on lees in the maison's deep chalk crayères under Reims — the gallo-roman cellars are a defining part of the Charles Heidsieck identity, holding bottle temperature steady at around 11 °C year-round. A long maturation (eight to ten years) and a moderate dosage produce a vintage style that is rich-textured but precise, the maison's signature mid-range between the rounder Brut Réserve and the Blanc des Millénaires prestige.
