Cordon Bleu Brut Sélect (often shortened to "Brut Réserve" on internal data sources) is De Venoge's NV signature. The blend is typically around 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier, drawn from around forty villages with a significant reserve component.
The cuvée is the volume base of the maison's range and the wine that carries De Venoge's historic identity — the diagonal blue sash on the label, introduced in 1864 and a reference to the founding family's links to Swiss vintners. Aged around three years on the lees and dosed in the standard brut range, it sits below the prestige Cuvée des Princes line and the millésimés.
