Gosset Celebris Prestige

Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne — established in Aÿ in 1584 — and Celebris is its vintage prestige cuvée. The defining stylistic choice is the absence of malolactic fermentation, which preserves the wine's natural malic acidity and gives the cuvée its characteristic tension.

The blend leans Chardonnay-led (typically around 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir) from grand cru villages. Long lees ageing (over a decade in some releases) and low dosage are part of the cuvée's signature; a rosé version exists in parallel.
